TITLE: International Despatch Associate

REPORTS TO: Senior Customer Service & Despatch Associate
LOCATION: Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent
The role
Biocomposites continues to experience dramatic growth, realising our mission to increase the number of patients we can help, by extending our market coverage in new specialties and new geographies.
To support the growing complexity of our business, we have expanded and restructured our customer service and logistics department. The International Despatch Associate will be a key part of this function and team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Level 2 certificate and/or higher foundation award in International Trade.
- At least 12-months previous experience working in a customer service focused environment in an import/export role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customs process, import/export procedures & general ERP functionality.
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to co-ordinate and prioritise workload effectively.
- Qualified in modules of IoSCM (Supply Chain Management) is desirable.
- Knowledge of standard practices associated with global logistics processing.
- Willing to contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Full driving license.
