The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales operations across the country. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, building and managing key customer relationships, and effectively executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration). A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the medical devices industry, preferably in the orthopaedics sector. However, exceptional candidates with an excellent track record in another therapy area in the medical devices field will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of orthopaedic medical devices, including familiarity with surgical procedures and implantable materials.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
