TITLE: Sales Specialist – Italy

REPORTS TO: Territory Manager
LOCATION: Field-based – Sicily, Italy

The role
To be responsible for the promotion of products to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territory, in order to drive compliant sales growth of the Biocomposites’ product portfolio across our core specialties of orthopaedics, trauma, spine, and foot and ankle. Will also collaborate closely with the Territory Manager with the goal to identify the right customer targets for the product options according to the corporate strategy. This will be achieved by product training, hospital and surgeon target selection and hands-on, in-field sales activities. It will also include regularly travelling to target hospitals to engage with surgeons, peri-operative teams, and hospital staff directly to promote correct product use and adoption.

Required experience:

• University Degree in a medical, scientific or economics environment. Business or economics background is a plus.
• A strong interest and passion to support Medical Devices.
• Able to build relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the introduction of Biocomposites solutions.
• Open to change and to embrace new challenges.
• Capacity to identify and analyse opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements.
• Fluent level of Italian and English.
• Driving licence.
