TITLE: Systems Support Analyst/Programmer

The role
Biocomposites continues to experience dramatic growth, realising our mission to increase the number of patients we can help, by extending our market coverage in new specialties and new geographies.
This role will involve supporting the ERP System Epicor with all aspects of support, report creation and amendments in a number of programming languages, maintaining in-house derived products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of supporting ERP System Epicor with all aspects of support.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Epicor.
- Project Management experience.
- Problem solving attitude, ability to train others in the team.
- Ability to create SSRS and PowerBI reports.
- Ability to create and maintain in-house programs created in C#, VB, Python, SQL.
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to occasionally work out-of-hours when required to support the business.
